Barra Square
Barra Square, as its name suggests, is the open space square in front of the A-Ma Temple. It is small but is part of the Historic Centre of Macao. This is not only a long-established A-Ma Temple, but also connected to the Maritime Museum, and adjacent to another world heritage site "Moorish Barracks", combined with a tranquil environment and a nice open-air cafe, constitute a great stopover.
Pictured above is the google satellite map of Barra Square. According to legend, the current location of the Maritime Museum is where the Portuguese landed in Macau.

The square is a blank one. The purpose here is actually the nearby attractions. First of all, there is a continental building on the side of the square, which is the administrative building of the Maritime Museum, but tourists cannot enter.
There is a place to introduce, the esplanade next to the Maritime Museum, where the freshly squeezed juice is definitely worth a try! The following is accompanied by a menu for your reference.
